When looking for an example of a real business plan, it is important to know that there are many options. Although this document is delimited by a set of requirements and basic elements, in all cases it must be adjusted to the reality of each company and the objectives pursued by it.

Come on, it is perfectly possible to find different examples even if they are companies that work in the same commercial spectrum, because there is also a need for business to differentiate one another.

1. Business description:

In this section the hotel should be described in a couple of paragraphs. It is not only about the name, but also about your business vision, your mission in terms of the client and also your objectives. A good resource at this point is to draw on the origin of the idea and describe it briefly.

4. Marketing plan:

This step is carried out taking into account the 4 guidelines of the Porter model: price, promotion, term and product. The idea is to assess if the service that is going to be offered is consistent with the price, as well as the forms of payment and the means and channels to make the hotel’s advertising effective.

5. Human Resources:

This plan should clearly state the role of the members of the new hotel, their location in the organization chart and their responsibilities: manager, assistant manager, administrator, night watchman, housekeeper, waiter, masseuse and others who have a designated function in the business operation.

6. Legal and legal structure:

At this point, the objective is to explain which are the regulations in force to which the business is accepted, as well as their fiscal and administrative responsibilities. It is also important to appoint the members of this area, describe their functions and set a deadline for internal audits.

7. Financial plan:

Despite being the last point, it is one of the most important. The objective is to make a budget of the behavior of the business and make a projection of it to 5 years. In this assessment should be clear what will be the sources of funding for the hotel and assess is a viable business idea or not.
